Keep the alpha launchable.

Release checks make sure the CLI, engine, MCP server, VS Code extension, docs, CI, demo workspace, and Pages site stay coherent.

Run the full local check.

npm run release:check

This is the default confidence command before a maintainer commits, tags, publishes, or announces anything.

What it covers.

  • Required docs, package metadata, and Pages files.
  • Node test suite and syntax checks.
  • Workspace doctor and demo smoke path.
  • VS Code manifest readiness and CI workflow coverage.
